STEP 1: GIVE US A PHONE CALL at 888-842-1231 anytime on Mondays-Fridays from 8am-5pm pacific time, to talk with a sales associate about the Fusion Internet service. We will then determine if Fusion Internet service is available in your area. The Fusion Internet service is provided over several telephone wires, built upon a modern and relatively ubiquitous technology called ADSL. Since Fusion Internet service is using several telephone lines instead of just one, it is much faster than other services such as normal ADSL and T1 lines. The Fusion Internet service is generally available anywhere within the continental USA, where-ever there is ADSL service available. Currently, the Fusion service requires that you have at least 6 telephone lines at the facility. If you don’t have 6 telephone lines activated, it is usually possible to order additional telephone lines so that the Fusion service can be installed at your facility.

STEP 2: IDENTIFY PHONE JACKS ENABLED FOR FUSION. After placing your order for the Fusion Internet service, we will arrange for six of your existing telephone lines to be configured for the Fusion service. It is your responsibility to have your inside building wiring configured so that these existing phone lines are terminated with a phone jack at the location where the Internet access is to be provided.  Normally, this is already in place, so all that is required is to identify the 6 telephone jacks which have been enabled for the Fusion service.

STEP 3: CONNECT PHONE JACKS TO FUSION GATEWAY MODEM. After placing your order for the Fusion service, we will ship you a Fusion modem gateway that has been pre-configured specifically for your network. Connect the 6 phone (RJ11) jacks to your Fusion modem gateway with the provided cables. Turn on the power to the Fusion modem gateway, wait for it to boot up, and you are ready to go! High speed Internet connectivity is now provided through the LAN port (an RJ-45 Ethernet connector) of the Fusion modem gateway. You can now enjoy a Internet service that is much faster and less costly than other alternatives!
